Bio

Emma Wild-Wood is Professor of African Religions and World Christianity at the Centre for the Study of World Christianity, School of Divinity, Edinburgh University, where she has been since 2018.  She is the Co-director. She is a former Director of CCCW and Lecturer in World Christianities in the Faculty of Divinity of the University of Cambridge.  She has extensive experience living and teaching in Africa and she is a well respected author and editor. Her current research project is a contemporary examination of the intersection between faith and COVID-19 in Congo.
